Chess Byzantium

This chessboard is made from the best pieces of mahogany and sycamone wood and is perfectly finished by hands (Inlay).

Dark squares are carefully prepared to a beautiful mahogany colour.

Lighter squares are left as pale natural sycamone wood and are lacquered with perfect finish.

Approximate dimensions of wooden box closed: 600 x 300 x 70 mm.

Chess pieces are made from cherry wood which is carved and finished by hands. 

The height of the king: 140 mm

The pieces and chessboard have a lacquered finish.
